Job Duration – 6 Months

We are looking for an experienced AEM Architect with over 10 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) along with hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics, Customer Data Platform (CDP), and Customer Journey Optimizer (CJO).

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance AEM-based solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.
- Architect end-to-end Adobe Experience Cloud implementations including AEM, Adobe Analytics, CDP, and CJO.
- Define best practices, governance, and standards for AEM development and deployment.
- Drive integration strategies between Adobe tools and other enterprise platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Ensure performance optimization, security compliance, and scalability of solutions.




- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in AEM architecture.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x/AEM as a Cloud Service).
- Hands-on experience with:

Adobe Analytics

Adobe Customer Data Platform (CDP)

Adobe Customer Journey Optimizer (CJO)

- Strong knowledge of Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL (Sightly).
- Experience in AEM integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
- Solid understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS).
- Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Adobe certifications (AEM Architect/Developer) will be a plus.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Exposure to headless CMS and modern digital experience architectures.

Additional Requirements

- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chennai.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model (3 days from office).
