- Drive operational excellence through deep-dive analytics on business drivers related to interaction analytics, underwriting, sales, marketing, product, operations, and collections teams with a 360-degree portfolio approach.
- Utilize expertise in Gainsight/Qlik Sense Analytics tools for data reporting and analytics, showcasing excellent SQL skills and proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, predictive analytics, and visualization techniques.
- Lead consumer analytics and market research initiatives to build actionable insights for the business, focusing on designing and managing analytics changes based on various requirements for web and mobile platforms.
- Act as a liaison between clients, Implementation team, Analytics team, and associates, providing role-specific views on Customer Health Status Analytics Dashboards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Legal, Finance, Economics, or a related field with a strong analytics background.
- 7+ years of experience leading analytics projects in domains such as retail, financial services, or consulting, with expertise in Google Analytics 360 and data mapping tools like Visio and PowerPoint.




- Proven track record in managing and leading strategic business research consulting projects, across different industry verticals and geographies.
- Experience in ownership of a full analytics business unit, with a performance-driven mindset and a focus on delivering predictive analytics and data solutions.
- Strong analytical skills in R, SAS, SQL, Python, and proficiency in data analytics, data mapping, and software development for analytics delivery platforms.
