MUST HAVE:

- MBA [Sales &
- Marketing] or equivalent Post Graduation.
- 3 to 6 years’ Experience in Sales &
- Marketing.
- Willing to Travel Extensively
- Good Presentation Skills
- Passion to Interact with Parents, School/College Faculty, School/College Admin and play the role of a Guiding Counsellor.
- Good at English [Verbal &
- Written] &
- Hindi [Verbal]
- Proficiency in CRM & related tools along with MS office apps

NICE TO HAVE:

- Experience preferred in Admissions &
- Outreach dept of reputed University or Higher Education Institution with similar courses like JKU.
- Experience in University Admission Dept. including application review, document verification and enrolment.
- Good at Odia [Verbal]
- Pull data from Online Platforms &
- Social Media Handles

- Salary and perks shall be as per 6th pay and DA as per University norms and commensurate with qualifications, experience, and achievements.
- Higher remuneration may be offered to exceptionally deserving candidates.
- Candidates with exposure to NEP 2020 implementation, accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA), NIRF, innovation ecosystems, and institutional development shall be preferred.
