Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor role based at the Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess Training campus in Jaipur.
The Admissions
Counselor will guide prospective learners through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, and explaining course offerings, eligibility, and career outcomes. The role involves following up with leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and supporting applicants from initial contact through enrollment.

Counselor will collaborate with the academic and operations teams to coordinate interviews, entrance procedures,
and orientation activities, while ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all prospective learners. The role also includes meeting admissions targets and representing the institute at events, school visits, and other outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to effectively counsel prospective learners and build trust with families.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a positive admissions experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads into enrollments, manage follow-ups, and work towards defined admissions targets.
- Candidates should possess Education-related understanding or experience, enabling accurate guidance on courses, eligibility, and career pathways.
- Relevant experience in admissions, counseling, front-office, or education services is preferred, ideally within vocational or qualified training institutes.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or admissions management systems are beneficial.
- Ability to communicate in English and local languages, maintain professionalism, and work collaboratively with diverse teams is expected.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; formal training in counseling, education, or management will be an added advantage.
