Gratis is looking for an experienced Test Prep Counselor to work out the counselling operations from the institute premise.

WFH is not available at the moment

Candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference:

*Candidate with experience in career counselling.

*Excellent communications skills; verbal and written.

- Must have sound CRM knowledge- usage and application

*Must have sound knowledge of IELTS, PTE, CELPIP exams and English language including documentation, eligibility and application.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

*Counsel candidates about the offered test prep courses including IELTS, PTE, CELPIP, spoken English course, etc.

*Guide exam aspirants to join our coaching programs.

*Contact candidates as per their preferred mode of communication.

*Excellent Inside sales and conversion

*Transparent their doubts & queries regarding the course.





*Efficiently assess candidates over the telephonic conversation based on their language skills.

*Give accurate guidance to candidates with respect to the relevant exam, its format & importance.

*Follow-ups with enrolled students.

Employment Type: Full Time, Work from Office

Education: Graduate in any field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
