We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and result-oriented professional to join our team as an Admission Manager & Academic Coordinator .

? Experience: 3–7 years in admissions in School / Colleges ,academic coordination , education counselling, or a related role

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and drive the student admission process in School / Colleges from enquiry to enrollment.
- Lead and motivate the admissions/counselling team to achieve enrollment targets.
- Handle student and parent counselling and ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Coordinate with academic departments, faculty and administration.
- Manage academic schedules, student records, attendance and academic activities .
- Coordinate orientations, examinations, events and other academic activities.
- Maintain regular communication with students, parents and faculty.
- Prepare admission and academic reports for management.




- Ensure institutional policies and academic processes are followed effectively.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in admissions, education counselling, academic administration or coordination.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of student admissions and academic processes.
- Target-oriented, organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
