Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our EdTech team in Patna. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their educational requirements, and converting leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding available courses and programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Handle queries related to courses, eligibility, fees, and admission processes.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly counselling and admission targets.

Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years in Admission Counselling, Inside Sales, or EdTech Sales.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of the education/EdTech industry.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
