We’re looking for an Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Consultant to lead complex customer journey orchestration and transform enterprise data into highly personalized customer experiences.

Scope:

You will be responsible for designing and delivering advanced customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, working across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and leveraging customer data, segmentation and orchestration capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who can combine technical expertise, data understanding and customer experience strategy.

Responsibilities:

- Lead advanced customer journey orchestration using Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Design and implement personalized, event-driven customer journeys
- Work extensively with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Build and optimize segmentation and audience strategies
- Troubleshoot complex data flows, schemas, datasets and segmentation logic
- Work with customer profiles and activation workflows
- Collaborate with business, marketing, data and technology teams
- Translate customer experience requirements into scalable Adobe solutions




- Analyze and resolve journey execution and data-related issues
- Drive best practices across AJO implementation and journey design
- Support integration across the broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem

Required Technical Skills:

Over 6+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years of core experience in the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem

Expert-level Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) – MANDATORY

Strong Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) knowledge

Solid understanding of customer data and segmentation

Ability to troubleshoot complex data flows and segmentation logic

Experience designing advanced customer journeys and personalization
