Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum &
- Standards:

- Design, implement, and update academic programs and curriculum.

- Ensure alignment with institutional goals, educational standards, and accreditation requirements.

- Maintain consistency in teaching methods and assessments.

- Faculty &

- Staff Support:

- Assist in faculty recruitment, training, and orientation.

- Provide guidance and support to teaching staff.

- Liaise with faculty to develop lesson plans and instructional materials.

- Student Support &

- Engagement:

- Oversee student administration from recruitment to graduation.

- Provide academic advising, course selection, and career guidance.

- Develop and manage academic support programs and workshops.

- Administration &

- Operations:

- Manage program schedules, resources, and budgets.

- Collect and analyze data for program evaluation and reporting.





- Coordinate with other departments (admissions, marketing, etc.).

- Leadership &

- Communication:

- Act as a link between students, faculty, and management.

- Promote a positive academic culture and high standards.

- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Essential Skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹16,966.34 - ₹58,273.94 per month
