Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for education, and the ability to meet enrollment targets while ensuring a positive applicant experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Counseling and Guidance:
- Provide detailed information about academic programs, courses, admissions process, and eligibility criteria.
- Understand the needs and goals of prospective students to offer tailored guidance.
- Lead Management:
- Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and applicant data in the CRM system.
- Admissions Process:
- Assist candidates in completing application forms and ensure submission of required documents.
- Conduct initial eligibility checks for prospective students.
- Outreach and Engagement:
- Participate in seminars, webinars, educational fairs, and other promotional activities.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching centers to drive enrollment.
- Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate quality leads.
- Customer Support:
- Address queries and concerns of applicants and their families.
- Provide post-admission support for a smooth transition.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience: 1 years of experience in admissions, sales, or counseling (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome).
- Skills:
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Persuasive, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
