We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Admission Counselor to manage the end-to-end admission process, engage with prospective parents and students, and drive student enrollments. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional approach, and the ability to effectively present the school’s academic programs and overall value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from prospective parents through calls, emails, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.

- Understand the requirements of parents and provide accurate information about the school, curriculum, programs, fees, facilities, and admission process.

- Conduct campus tours and explain the school’s academic and co-curricular offerings.

- Follow up regularly with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, applications, and admission status.

- Coordinate with academic, administration, and other departments throughout the admission process.

- Schedule and coordinate assessments, interactions, interviews, and other admission-related activities.

- Assist parents with application forms and required documentation.

- Ensure a smooth and positive parent experience throughout the admission journey.

- Meet monthly/annual admission targets as assigned.

- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, conversions, pending applications,



and admissions.

- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling student and parent information.

- Participate in school events, exhibitions, education fairs, and other admission-generation activities.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

- Candidates with qualifications in Education, Psychology, Management, or related fields will be preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Prior experience in school admissions or the education sector is preferred.

- Experience handling parent counseling and admission conversions will be an advantage.

- Candidates from reputed schools, international schools, or education institutions will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
