HR & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day HR & administrative activities.

- Manage employee coordination, attendance, documentation, and basic HR operations.

- Handle recruitment activities, candidate calling, follow-ups, interview scheduling, and coordination.

- Conduct effective candidate calling and ensure proper communication throughout the hiring process.

- Follow up with candidates and drive closures within timelines.

- Maintain recruitment and employee records.

- Support onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.

- Coordinate with different teams for smooth HR & Admin operations.

- Handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain proper records.

- Good calling and convincing skills.

- Robust follow-up and candidate-handling ability.

- Ability to convert leads/candidates and achieve closure targets.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- Proactive, confident, and target-oriented approach.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred Profile:

- Experience in HR, recruitment, telecalling, counselling, or administration will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
