Job Title: Admission Counsellor – Study Abroad

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education Counselling

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our Study Abroad team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their academic and career goals, recommending suitable study destinations and courses, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and destinations.
- Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and financial preferences to recommend suitable options.
- Handle incoming enquiries, generate leads, and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Guide students throughout the admission and application process.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and ensure a positive counselling experience.
- Work towards achieving monthly and individual admission targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Coordinate with the processing and internal teams to ensure smooth application handling.
- Stay updated on university requirements, intakes, courses, and study abroad processes.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education Counselling is mandatory.
- Robust communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of major study destinations and international education.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up and student conversion skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Candidates with a strong track record in study abroad admissions will be preferred.
