We are looking for a vibrant, energetic, and target-driven Admission Counsellor to be the face of our music academy. You will interact with parents, children, and music enthusiasts, helping them choose the right music programs (Vocals, Guitar, Keyboard, Drums, dance,etc.) and managing the daily walk-in operations.

KeyResponsibilities: Enquiry Management: Warmly welcome walk-in visitors and handle inbound telephonic/online inquiries about our music courses.

StudentCounselling: Understand the musical interests or goals of prospective students (or their parents) and recommend appropriate batches and schedules. Sales Conversion: Follow up on leads systematically to convert inquiries into active academy registrations and meet monthly enrollment targets.Daily Operations: Assist in scheduling trial classes, managing fee collections, and coordinating with music instructors

Vibe: Maintain a welcoming front-desk setting and help coordinate student showcases or open-mic weekends.





Maintain the lead database (CRM) and follow up diligently to meet monthly batch enrollment targets.Assist in organizing studio showcases, workshops, and student jam events to drive community outreach.

What We Are Looking For:Experience: 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with excellent communication and a flair for sales are highly welcome!)

Languages: Strong command over English. Ability to speak Kannada, Hindi, or Tamil is a huge advantage for interacting with local families.

Traits: Confident, patient, and pleasant personality. An appreciation for music, arts, or creative hobbies is a plus!Commitment: Must be fully comfortable working full days on Saturdays and Sundays (our busiest academy days).

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
