What You'll Do

✅ Counsel prospective students about GLA University's online programs.

✅ Guide students through the complete admission journey—from inquiry to enrollment.

✅ Conduct tele-counselling, resolve queries, and provide career guidance.

✅ Manage admissions using CRM systems and ensure accurate follow-ups.

✅ Build strong relationships with students and deliver an exceptional admission experience.

We're Looking For

✔️ Minimum (6 Months-1 year of experience) in Online Admission Counselling (Universities, Colleges, Institutes, or EdTech preferred).





✔️ Proven ability to achieve admission/enrollment targets.

✔️ Experience with CRM systems and admission processes.

✔️ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

✔️ A student-first mindset with a passion for helping learners achieve their academic goals.
