F1 Macro Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor for our training centre in Sector 14, Old DLF Colony, Gurugram.

The candidate will interact with students and working professionals, understand their career goals, recommend suitable courses, handle enquiries and follow-ups, and convert prospective students into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
- Counsel students and working professionals about suitable career-oriented courses.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, batches, certifications and career opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Manage walk-in counselling at the centre.
- Maintain enquiry, follow-up and admission records.
- Coordinate with trainers regarding upcoming batches and schedules.
- Assist students with registration and admission formalities.
- Work towards monthly admission targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with students throughout their learning journey.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in admission counselling, education sales,



telesales or similar roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with calling and regular lead follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Previous experience with a computer institute, coaching centre, EdTech company or training institute will be an advantage.
