Role Description The Administrative Officer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations and ensuring efficient support for project and site teams. This full-time, on-site role is based in West Bengal, India and includes managing documentation, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and handling office supplies and facilities. The role involves liaising with internal departments and external vendors, supporting HR and finance processes such as attendance tracking, basic data entry, and invoice coordination.
The Administrative
Officer will help implement company policies, support compliance with safety and quality standards, and provide administrative assistance to managers and team leaders as needed. The position requires proactive problem solving, clear communication, and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic project environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong administrative and organizational skills, including office coordination, documentation management, and record-keeping.
