Admin Executive Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage end-to-end administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling office administration, vendor coordination, facility management, and employee support services.

Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the office/site

- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities (electricity, housekeeping, security, etc.)

- Maintain office assets, inventory, and supplies

- Coordinate with vendors for services such as housekeeping, maintenance, transport, and security

- Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and service quality

- Handle purchase requests and follow up on deliveries

- Raise purchase requisitions and coordinate with procurement team

- Track inventory and ensure availability of office supplies

- Maintain records of purchases and vendor invoices

- Arrange travel, accommodation, and transport for employees and visitors

- Support site logistics and operational requirements





- Maintain administrative records, files, and documentation

- Prepare MIS reports related to admin activities and expenses

- Track and control admin budgets

- Assist employees with administrative needs (ID cards, seating, onboarding logistics)

- Coordinate for meetings, events, and office arrangements
