Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat that combines administrative responsibilities, computer hardware support, technical tasks, production supervision, and workforce planning. Day-to-day work includes managing office documentation, coordinating schedules, and supporting management with operational reporting. The role involves maintaining desktop computers, providing hardware support, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating printer support to ensure smooth system performance.

The individual will supervise production activities, monitor workflow, allocate tasks, and support quality and safety standards on the shop floor.



The role also includes planning manpower requirements, tracking attendance, coordinating shift assignments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Desktop Computers and Computer Maintenance for routine setup and upkeep of systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Hardware Support to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess skills in Printer Support to manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of printing devices.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including documentation, scheduling, and basic data management.
- Experience in production supervision, workforce planning, and coordination of shop floor activities.
- Ability to work in office in Surat, collaborate with diverse teams, and communicate clearly with management and colleagues.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, computer hardware, or a related technical field is preferred; relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is an advantage.
