Help Your Heroes, a brand of Hearts for Heroes Foundation, is looking for an organised, dependable and proactive Administration & Operations Executive to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in building and managing the systems that keep our organisation running smoothly.
? What you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day office administration and coordination
- Coordinating vendors, procurement and office services
- Managing staff, volunteer and stakeholder travel & logistics
- Maintaining records, documentation and SharePoint systems
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee records and exits
- Coordinating invoices, payments and administrative documentation
- Supporting welfare programmes, outreach camps, events and donor visits
- Identifying operational gaps and helping improve processes and systems
? What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, HR or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, operations or HR support
- Solid written and spoken English
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint (or equivalent tools)
- Excellent organisation, follow-through and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Someone who can manage multiple priorities and follow up proactively
⭐ Prior experience with a Section 8 organisation, NGO, trust or society is preferred.
