Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused professional to join our Ad Operations division. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with both Ad Operations and Sales departments to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accurate delivery, monitoring, and optimization of paid media across various digital platforms. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational excellence, managing a varied client base, and driving success within the competitive digital advertising landscape.

Responsibilities

- Facilitate the technical setup and execution of campaigns, including handling screenshot documentation and asset verification.
- Evaluate and validate trafficking requests submitted by Account Managers, ensuring all creative assets meet quality control standards.
- Upload video content and configure ad tags for final review and approval by the Account Management team.
- Partner with the Ad Operations group to resolve performance hurdles, such as ad server errors, third-party data mismatches, and delivery shortfalls.
- Execute campaign adjustments and optimization strategies under the guidance of Account Managers to maximize results.
- Generate comprehensive reports and conduct audits in response to specific client inquiries and campaign performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to process and finalize monthly billing cycles.
- Offer on-call support during non-business hours to address urgent client emergencies when required.

Role Details

- Role: Ad Operations & Media/Sales Planners
- Skills Required: Basic understanding of Digital Advertising, Media Planning, Campaign Management, CPM, Targeting, Campaign Trafficking & Reporting.
- Key Attributes: Strong communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Shifts: Open to work in any shift (including night shifts)
- Work Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
- Service Agreement: 18 months guaranteed out clause
- Date of Joining: 14th September 2026

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation year: 2022 to 2025 (No pending backlogs)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad
- Flexibility regarding night shifts and in-office presence
