Job Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end warehouse operations, team management, QMS, EHS, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage warehouse operations, orders, dispatches, deliveries, and TAT.

- Coordinate Associates, field teams, internal teams, and vendors for smooth operations.

- Manage freight analysis, damaged materials, and local warehouse issues.

- Train team members and ensure timely MIS and operational reporting.

- Ensure stock, equipment, assets, preventive maintenance, and calibration requirements.

- Monitor temperature-controlled areas and manage temperature excursions.

- Ensure housekeeping, pest control, safety, and healthy working conditions.

- Implement QMS processes, maintain records, and raise Change Controls when required.

- Manage NCs, service/product complaints, CAPA,



and timely closure of corrective actions.

- Report product complaints to PISPL-QA and Principal Company-QA within 24 hours.

- Identify and address hazards, near misses, safety observations, and operational risks.

- Support OH&S; improvement, EHS objectives, safety campaigns, meetings, and emergency preparedness.

- Coordinate internal/external audits and ensure timely closure of Non-Conformities.

- Support Safety Committee and Emergency Response Team activities.

- Participate in Management Review Meetings and ensure compliance with applicable procedures.

- Approve and sign Permit to Work and take appropriate decisions on warehouse-related operational matters.
