NAbout the Role:
NWe are looking for a Principal Designer for our Sarjapur Road Experience Center. You will be responsible for designing mid to high segment residential projects.
NResponsibilities:

- Provide pre-design services like demonstration of finishes and design options. N
- Provide quotations to customers using our software. N




- Work on multiple projects ensuring you meet customer's expectations in terms of budget & design aesthetics. N
- Adhere to company policies that ensure smooth customer experience. N
- Prepare and share 3D Designs and renders with clients, working along with 3D Modeler. N

nQualifications:

- n
- Minimum 4-7 yearsof relevant experience in residential designing. N
- Min. 3 Years of exp. Inmodular industry. N

nRequired Skills:

- n
- Sketchup + Vray/ Enscape. N
- Clear understanding of capturing the client's expectations from the space. N
- Client handling is a must-have requirement. N
- Excellent knowledge of materials/ finishes. N
- Excellent knowledge of ergonomics and design principles. N
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment. N
