- Should have experience of more than 3 years in SAPHCM with minimum one SAP implementation and one S/4HANA migration projects. N
- Should understand and map Core HCM processes like Transfer, Promotion, Retirement etc., along with Time Management & SAP Indian Payroll. Integration knowledge with FI module during FI posting and bank transfer happens is a must. N
- Knowledge of SAP HCM onHANA i.E. H4S4 and identifies the changes between two paradigms N
- Knowledge in FIORI Appsand application areas in HCM module N
- have experience to workwith technical team and other modules N
