Key Responsibilities

- Monitor productivity, quality, and other key performance metrics.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Handle performance management and support team development.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and present operational performance reports.
