About The Job:

- Desired Candidate is expected to work on AP accounting and review of Employee Travel Reimbursements.

- The primary responsibilities include working on reviewing and completion of Day-to-day accounting entries of Accounts Payable and Employee Travel Reimbursements in a timely and qualitative manner.

- Candidate is also expected to work on payment processing for Vendors and Employee Travel Settlements as well as reporting.

Essential Job Functions:

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities related to Accounts Payable (AP) vendor invoices.

- Review and approve employee travel and expense reimbursements on a daily basis.

- Process vendor and employee payments through ERP systems and banking portals.

- Prepare and maintain internal MIS reports and accounting-related reports.

- Coordinate with vendors to resolve invoice, payment, and account-related queries.

- Perform vendor balance reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

- Support monthly financial closing activities and ensure timely completion of AP-related tasks.





- Assist with statutory, tax, internal, and external audits by providing required documentation and information.

- Support new system implementations, process enhancements, and automation initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies, controls, and procedures.

- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Top 3 Skills for 3 Reqs:

- Procure to Pay

- Experience, Oracle / ERP experience,

- Employee Reimbursements processing

- Commerce Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with 3–4 years of relevant experience.

- Positive conceptual knowledge of GST/VAT and Withholding Tax (TDS) related to business transactions.

- Understanding of Accounts Payable processes across APAC and EMEA geographies.

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

- Advanced knowledge of Excel is preferred.

- Experience working in an ERP environment; Oracle experience is an added advantage.

- Experience with accounting packages such as Oracle / Concur is a plus.

- Prior accounting experience in a software company is preferred.

- Prior experience working in an MNC setting is an added advantage.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.





- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Willingness to travel or relocate based on organizational requirements.
