Accounts Manager

Location: Salem

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare MIS, financial reports, and management reports.
- Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow, and bank transactions.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
- Conduct internal audits across company locations.
- Verify bills, vouchers, expenses, and accounting records.
- Identify discrepancies and report findings to Management.
- Supervise the Accounts team and ensure timely completion of work.
- Travel to different locations for internal audit and financial verification.
- Must be able to drive a car for official travel and audit visits.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in Accounts and Finance.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.




- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to company locations.
- Valid Driving Licence and ability to drive a car is required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
