Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive with 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and MIS reporting.

Candidates with experience in Indian Accounting are welcome. Candidates with a background in a CA firm or Accounting & Finance firm are preferred.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on bookkeeping experience, and good proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting. Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities.
- Maintain and reconcile ledgers, accounts, and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management.




- Perform account reconciliations and support month-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports and analyse financial data.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Provide regular financial and operational reports to leadership.
- Support improvements in MIS and reporting processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and provide timely financial information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or MIS.
- Candidates from a CA firm / Accounting & Finance firm are preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience in MIS reporting and advanced Excel.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Exposure to Indian Accounting

Good to Have

- Power BI knowledge or experience in creating dashboards.
- Experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
- Experience in automating or improving MIS reporting.
