We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Operations Manager to oversee daily financial record-keeping, physical inventory, and logistics operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on qualified who can seamlessly balance desk accounting with active warehouse stock coordination and dispatch management.

Role & responsibilities

- Accounting & Financial Management
- Prepare and issue accurate customer sales invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Process vendor bills, purchase entries, and maintain accurate purchase registers.
- Maintain and reconcile customer and supplier ledgers on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and outstanding balances.
- Support month-end financial closing and coordinate with the external tax consultant/auditor.
- Stock & Inventory Control
- Manage and audit physical stock levels in the warehouse or store unit.
- Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records to prevent discrepancies or shrinkage.
- Oversee inward raw materials/goods receipt and outward finished product dispatch.
- Maintain optimal re-order stock levels to prevent stockouts
- Logistics & Office Operations
- Coordinate daily dispatches,



courier services, and freight transporters for timely order deliveries.
- Negotiate freight charges with local transporters and logistics vendors to optimize costs.
- Prepare shipping paperwork, including delivery challans, gate passes, and transport documentation.
- Oversee general office administrative tasks, facility maintenance, and operational documentation.

- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in basic accounting, stock management, and office operations.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration, or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.Core Competencies: Solid understanding of invoicing, ledger reconciliation, logistics coordination, and physical inventory auditing.Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
