United By Cycling Private Limited is a ecommerse company with a store headquarters in Kochi. Intern will need to assist our senior accountant and

- Assist with daily B2B and B2C sales billing - on Zoho Books
- Record and verify purchase bills and invoices.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and payment tracking.
- Support physical stock-taking and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, bills and other accounting documents.
- Verify transaction details and identify discrepancies.
- Assist with accounts receivable and payable follow-ups.
- Support GST-related documentation and routine accounting activities.
- Perform other accounts and administrative tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

- B.Com or a related accounting qualification—students and recent graduates may apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST and invoicing.
- Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally or other accounting software is an advantage.
- Valuable attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 per month
