Job Summary The Accounts / Finance Manager is responsible for managing the organization's accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and effective financial controls. The role oversees accounting activities, budgeting, cash flow, taxation, audits, receivables, payables, and management reporting. This position works closely with internal stakeholders and senior management to support financial planning, cost control, and informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections, and financial plans.
- Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, PF, ESIC, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate and support statutory, internal, tax, and financial audits.
- Monitor project-wise financial performance, expenses, profitability, and cost control.
- Manage banking activities and coordinate with banks for day-to-day financial requirements.
- Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and control gaps and recommend corrective actions.




- Establish and maintain effective accounting procedures and internal financial controls.
- Lead, supervise, and guide the Accounts & Finance team.
- Coordinate with Projects, Procurement, Commercial, HR, and Operations teams on financial matters.
- Ensure accurate and timely closure of monthly and annual accounts.
- Support senior management in financial planning, cost optimization, and business decision-making.
- Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

Experience

- 10+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in Construction / Interior Fit-Out / Real Estate / Infrastructure / Engineering industry preferred.
- Experience in financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, audit, cash-flow management, and MIS.
- Experience managing and supervising Accounts & Finance teams.
- Experience handling project-based accounting and cost control will be an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, MIS, and financial analysis.
- Understanding of project accounting, cost control, and financial reconciliation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
