Job Purpose The Group Finance Manager will lead corporate accounting, financial consolidation, and regulatory adherence across multiple entities, subsidiaries, and joint ventures. This position demands exceptional leadership capability to unify diverse accounting workflows, optimize intercompany reporting pipelines, and drive standardized compliance strategies across the entire corporate structure.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Group Financial Consolidation: Orchestrate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for all group holding entities and cross-border subsidiaries.
- Accounting Standards: Ensure absolute alignment with applicable Ind AS, IFRS, Indian GAAP, and contemporary revised corporate reporting disclosure standards.
- Intercompany Governance: Manage complex transfer pricing models, intercompany reconciliations, cross-charges, and periodic matrix transaction balancing.
- Process Standardization: Standardize automated charts of accounts across distinct group enterprise structures to guarantee unified operational visibility.
- Taxation & Regulatory Compliance:



Supervise tax planning pipelines covering domestic GST filing, direct corporate tax, deferred tax treatments, and international transfer pricing files.
- Audit Management: Lead relations with tier-one external audit syndicates, resolve complex systemic audit queries, and implement internal audit controls.
- Treasury & MIS Reporting: Compile accurate Group Management Information System (MIS) summaries detailing cash burns, unit margins, and working capital optimization.

Required Technical Competencies
- Enterprise ERP Systems: Advanced functional capabilities across ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, or specialized hyper-consolidation tools.
- Regulatory Frameworks: Authoritative technical mastery of complex financial standards including Ind AS 110 (Consolidated Financial Statements) and Ind AS 115 / 116.
- Financial Modeling: Advanced capabilities building automated models, macro-enabled workflows, or analytical dashboards via Power BI / Tableau.

Preferred Soft Skills
- Executive Communication: Elite verbal and written capability to communicate balance sheet deviations effectively to the executive leadership team.
- Leadership & Team Management: Proven history managing distributed account execution squads across different sub-brands or corporate offices.

Pay: ₹15,728.36 - ₹58,018.75 per month
