About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of experience to handle day-to-day accounting, billing, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, good with numbers, and comfortable working with accounting software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting entries, vouchers, and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash/bank books.
- Assist in GST filing, TDS deductions, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for payment follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, expense summaries, and aging reports.
- Support in audit preparation and documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all financial transactions.

Requirements

- Experience:



1–2 years of experience in accounts, billing, or finance (preferably in an F&B;, hospitality, or services company).
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Technical Skills:
- Valuable knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime (preferred).
- Strong command of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reports).
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Language: Fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation

- Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
