Role Description The Accounts Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. This position is responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, processing invoices, tracking receivables and payables, and supporting bank reconciliations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for working with internal team and customers.
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and use of accounting software (Tally) is required.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools is a must.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Commerce / Finance or a related field is desirable; relevant experience in project-based or engineering companies is an advantage.
