Job Summary: - We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced Accounts & Taxation Manager to oversee the company's accounting,

taxation, financial reporting, compliance, audit, cash flow, and MIS functions.

Key Responsibilities: -

 Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, tax planning, and statutory compliance.

 Monitor tax assessments, notices, and correspondence with tax authorities and coordinate appropriate responses.

 Monitor changes in taxation laws and assess their impact on business operations.

 Valuable understanding of Ind AS / Accounting Standards and financial reporting.

 Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable,

accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer reconciliation.





 Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.

 Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

 Ensure accurate preparation of Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash

Flow Statement, and supporting schedules.

 Coordinate and manage statutory, internal, tax, GST, and other financial audits.

 Monitor daily and monthly cash flow requirements and ensure adequate liquidity.

 Develop and implement SOPs, internal controls, and accounting processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Education: - CA Qualified

 Software Proficiency: - Expert knowledge of SAP & MS Excel.

 Analytical Skills: - Strong ability to analyse financial data and identify discrepancies.

 Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication
