- Lead and oversee the Finance & Accounts function across the organization/group entities.

- Manage financial accounting, reporting, and timely finalization of accounts.

- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, ROC, and other applicable statutory requirements.

- Handle statutory notices, assessments, queries, and representation before relevant authorities.

- Coordinate and manage statutory, internal, and tax audits.

- Strengthen internal controls, compliance systems, and financial risk management.

- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

- Conduct cost control, variance analysis, and profitability analysis.

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, treasury operations, and fund management.

- Manage banking relationships and coordinate with financial institutions.

- Prepare financial MIS and provide meaningful financial insights to management for decision-making.

- Monitor the financial performance of group entities and support strategic financial planning.

- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely submission of financial data and reports.





- Lead and mentor the finance team and ensure effective execution of finance operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3+ years of post-qualification experience.

- Solid experience in financial reporting and finalization of accounts.

- Sound knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and ROC compliance.

- Experience in handling statutory notices, assessments, and representation before authorities.

- Strong exposure to audit management, internal controls, and risk management.

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.

- Strong understanding of cash flow, working capital, banking, treasury, and fund management.

- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.

- Strong knowledge of financial MIS and management reporting.

- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
