The operations center (GSS) in Ahmedabad, India is an extension of our teams in the United States and is instrumental in maximizing the operational efficiency of Hanover’s development, construction, and property management platforms.

About The Role:

The Accounts Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. We are looking for a Property Management Accountant to join our Accounting team and support our US Property Management Accountants with daily, weekly, and monthly accounting activities.





What you’ll do:

- Maintain and reconcile property cash journals and bank accounts
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and accounting reports
- Review expense reports, invoices, and supporting documentation
- Assist with journal entries, accruals, and payroll transfers
- Support investor reporting, general ledger uploads, and audit requests
- Assist with insurance claim-related accounting support as needed

What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Robust understanding of reconciliations, accruals, depreciation, and prepaid expenses
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify variances/anomalies
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
