RSN Finance is a professional accounting and financial services firm helping businesses manage their accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, tax, and compliance requirements.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team and manage accounting activities for both the company and its clients. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, practical knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain complete and accurate accounting records for clients.
- Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain and review general ledgers and supporting documentation.
- Perform bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Prepare invoices and maintain proper financial documentation.
- Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities.

UAE VAT & Tax

- Prepare and maintain records required for UAE VAT compliance.
- Assist in preparation and filing of VAT returns.
- Review transactions for correct VAT treatment.
- Maintain tax-related documentation and supporting schedules.
- Assist with UAE Corporate Tax compliance and related accounting requirements.
- Coordinate with senior team members and tax consultants on compliance matters.

Client Management

- Communicate with clients to collect accounting documents and information.
- Follow up with clients for missing invoices, bank statements, expense records, and other documents.
- Understand client requirements and resolve basic accounting queries.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Provide regular updates regarding pending accounting and compliance work.

Reporting & MIS





- Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports.
- Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and cash-flow reports.
- Identify discrepancies, unusual transactions, and accounting errors.
- Provide relevant financial information to senior management and clients.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Practical knowledge of UAE VAT.
- Basic to good understanding of UAE Corporate Tax.
- Hands-on experience with Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / Xero or similar accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
- Good follow-up and client coordination skills.

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / ACCA / equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, or a CA/accounting firm.
- Experience working with UAE-based clients will be an added advantage.
