Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's financial records, accounting transactions, invoices, payments, and statutory compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily accounting transactions and financial records.
- Prepare and manage sales and purchase invoices.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, payments, and receipts.
- Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Assist management with financial reports and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Tally / ERP Software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS,



and basic taxation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Robust numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualification:

- B. Com/M. Com/ MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Preferred:

- Experience in Tally, ERP Next, or other ERP software is an added advantage.

Eligibility:

- Experience: 2 years of relevant Accounts experience.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Internship-only experience will not be considered.
- Only candidates currently residing in Madurai are eligible to apply.
