Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities for our plastic manufacturing business. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally/ERP, purchase & sales accounting, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, debit/credit notes and related documents.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
- Maintain vendor and customer accounts.
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
- Coordinate with CA/accounting consultants for audits, returns and compliance.




- Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and assist management with financial information.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- 1–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Experience in a manufacturing company, especially with inventory, raw-material purchases, production-related accounting and vendor/customer reconciliation, will be preferred.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
