Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records using Tally.
- Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and transactions.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and accounting statements.
- Use MS Excel for data entry, reporting, reconciliation, and analysis.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding payments and invoices.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.




- Support the senior finance team with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, sorting, filtering, etc.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with hands-on experience in Tally, Excel, GST, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and day-to-day accounting operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹8,592.56 - ₹25,000.00 per month
