Job Title: Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage and support our day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, taxation, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase invoices, quotations, and other financial documents.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Assist in GST-related work, including invoice verification and data preparation.
- Support statutory compliance and taxation-related activities.
- Maintain records of payments, receipts, expenses, and other financial transactions.
- Assist in payroll-related calculations and documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports and basic financial reports as required by management.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, CA, and other external stakeholders for accounting-related matters.




- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist during audits and provide required financial information and documents.
- Work on accounting software and MS Excel for maintaining records and preparing reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in accounting and financial operations is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Solid numerical and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience as an Accounts Executive, Accountant, or in a similar role will be preferred.
- Candidates who are comfortable working from the office in Vadodara.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
