About the Company A leading global bank is establishing its India technology and operations centre and has partnered with Flexiple to build its accounting function. You will lead a team that keeps the books clean for a marquee financial institution. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As an Accounting Manager, you will run the close, lead a small team of accountants, and own the controls and reporting that leadership and auditors depend on.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Close

- Manage the month-end and year-end close end to end
- Lead, review, and develop a team of accountants
- Own reconciliations, accruals, and ledger integrity

Controls & Reporting

- Maintain and strengthen accounting controls and policies
- Prepare financial statements and management reporting
- Partner with audit, tax,



and treasury on compliance

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3 to 7 years in accounting with team or process leadership
- Strong command of close, controls, and financial reporting
- Hands-on with a major ERP and strong spreadsheet skills
- Explicit written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Qualified CA, CPA, or ACCA
- Experience in banking, financial services, or a GCC
- Working knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
