Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Accountant at Reliabledger LLC. The Accountant will manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing month-end closings.

The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements and management reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and performing variance analysis. The Accountant will handle accounts payable and receivable processes, monitor cash flow, and ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payments. The individual will also assist in improving accounting workflows,



maintaining compliance with relevant standards, and collaborating with clients and internal teams via digital communication tools.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in bookkeeping, general ledger management, and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial analysis.
- Experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections.
- Comfort using accounting software, cloud-based tools, and spreadsheets to manage and analyze financial data.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS, depending on client needs).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in outsourced accounting, shared services, or working with international clients is beneficial.
