Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, RCM, and day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and related activities.
- Prepare and manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) accounting and GST compliance.
- Manage purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal, and other accounting entries.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents.
- Assist in monthly and annual closing of accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants,



and other departments when required.
- Stay updated with new amendments and applicable compliance requirements under GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other relevant regulations.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory and accounting-related compliances.

Required Skills
- Valuable working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Strong understanding of GST and TDS.
- Knowledge of RCM and GST reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience in Bank Reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of statutory compliances and recent amendments.
- Good MS Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility
- Experience: 2–3 years in accounting.
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
- Preferred: Candidate who can join immediately or within a short notice period.
