We are looking for an Accountant / Billing Executive to join our team. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in jewellery billing and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day billing, invoicing and accounting entries
- Prepare and verify sales and purchase invoices
- Maintain accurate customer and vendor accounts
- Handle payment entries, receipts and outstanding follow-ups
- Assist with GST-related documentation and records
- Reconcile accounts and maintain proper transaction records
- Coordinate with the sales, inventory and accounts teams
- Verify jewellery billing details including weight, rate, making charges and other applicable charges




- Maintain daily and monthly billing/accounting reports
- Ensure accuracy of all financial and billing data

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in accounting and billing
- Jewellery industry experience is highly preferred
- Positive knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
- Understanding of GST and basic accounting principles
- Strong numerical and data-entry skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively with the operations and sales teams

Pay: ₹8,592.56 - ₹20,000.00 per month
