Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with excellent knowledge of Tally and inventory/stock management. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records along with day-to-day stock and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Manage purchase and sales entries, invoices, and related documentation.
- Monitor stock movement, receipts, issues, and balances.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Maintain proper accounting and inventory documentation.




- Support GST-related accounting and other routine financial activities.
- Prepare reports related to accounts and inventory as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock, purchases, and accounts.

Requirements

- 35 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Excellent hands-on knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of stock and inventory management.- not mandatory for Mumbai location
- Good understanding of accounting processes and documentation.
- Knowledge of GST and basic taxation will be preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
