Qualifications

- Solid foundation in accounting principles,



including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel) and ability to learn new financial systems quickly.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accuracy in handling numerical data and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain organized records in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Familiarity with local tax regulations, compliance requirements, and basic audits is beneficial.
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a corporate or research-focused environment.
