Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial statements, reports, and basic financial analysis.
- Support day-to-day accounting activities, including recording and verifying financial transactions.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly finance reports and MIS for management review.
- Track and report key financial activities, including expenses, collections, payments, and outstanding balances on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Support budgeting, expense monitoring, and cost-control activities.
- Track cash flow and assist in monitoring day-to-day financial transactions.
- Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and ledger matching, including verifying invoices, payments, outstanding balances, and identifying discrepancies.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice, payment, and ledger-related discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoices, payments, expenses, and other finance-related requirements.
- Assist with audits, statutory documentation, and other finance-related compliance activities.




- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned finance and accounting tasks.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts.
- Maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to financial laws, regulations, and reporting standards.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
