As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to strengthen our finance team and support our expanding manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and daily financial transactions using Tally Prime.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor reconciliations.
- Generate customer invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills, and monitor collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and fund flow records.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and financial summaries.
- Maintain inventory accounting and coordinate stock reconciliation with the production and stores teams.
- Monitor raw material purchases, production costing, and finished goods accounting.
- Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning for manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Support payroll processing and maintain employee reimbursement records.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and compliance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and statutory regulations.
- Experience with inventory accounting and manufacturing cost accounting is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, plastics, or FMCG industries.
- Knowledge of inventory management and production costing.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.
- CA Inter or M.Com qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
